"Eddie" the eagle turned away

An eagle needing specialist medical attention in
Wick is to be turned away by UK border control

Thousands of British voters and the RSPB are to
petition the government for their callous decision
to refuse Eddie entry to the UK.  He was found by
avian specialist, Dr Verity Bird, when on holiday
in northern Spain.  The Eagle was suffering from
a rare, non infectious, avian disease of cloacal
retention.  She could treat the bird of prey if she
can bring it back to her avian centre in Wick.
Asked for comment, a spokesperson from the
Home Office said the government is taking a firm
stance on ill eagle immigrants.
